Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Mythri DigiTech platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Mythri DigiTech ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Credit Wallet platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Services Description

Mythri DigiTech provides an enterprise-grade digital wallet and payment platform, which includes:

  • Digital Wallet: A pre-paid payment instrument allowing you to store funds and make payments.
  • BBPS Bill Payments: Utility bill payments (electricity, water, gas, DTH, mobile recharges, broadband, insurance, etc.) via the NPCI Bharat Bill Payment System.
  • KYC Verification: Identity verification through DigiLocker integration (Aadhaar + PAN).
  • Transaction Management: Search, view, and download receipts for all transactions.
  • Wallet Withdrawals: Transfer of wallet balance to a verified bank account.
  • Complaint Tracking: Track and manage BBPS transaction complaints.

3 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be an Indian citizen or resident with a valid Indian mobile number.
  • Possess a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card for Full KYC.
  • Have a valid bank account linked to your registered mobile number.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access if we determine that you do not meet these requirements.

4 Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

5 KYC Requirements

In compliance with RBI guidelines and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for:

  • Storing wallet balances above the minimum threshold.
  • Processing transactions above prescribed limits.
  • Enabling wallet withdrawals to bank accounts.

Full KYC requires verification of your Aadhaar and PAN through the DigiLocker platform. KYC data is processed in accordance with applicable laws. We may suspend or restrict access pending KYC completion or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.

6 Wallet & Payments

The Credit Wallet is a pre-paid payment instrument subject to RBI regulations. The following terms apply:

  • Loading Funds: Funds may be added via Razorpay or Cashfree payment gateways using UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or other supported methods.
  • Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as prescribed by platform settings and RBI guidelines.
  • Wallet Balance: Funds stored in the wallet are not interest-bearing and are not deposits under the Banking Regulation Act.
  • Expiry: Wallet balances do not expire, subject to account activity requirements.
  • Settlement: Successful transactions are settled as per gateway timelines, typically within 1-3 business days.

7 BBPS Transactions

Bill payments through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) are processed in accordance with NPCI guidelines. Please note:

  • Transaction confirmation is provided within the time prescribed by NPCI standards.
  • Biller processing times may vary — confirmation from the biller's end may take up to 2 business days.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate consumer/account numbers for bill payments.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect billing information provided by you or for biller system downtime.
  • BBPS transaction IDs (B-Connect IDs) are provided for all successful payments and can be used for complaint tracking.
  • Complaints regarding failed transactions can be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

8 Fees & Charges

The following fee structure applies to our Services:

  • Wallet Loading: A platform fee may be levied on wallet top-ups. The exact fee is displayed before transaction confirmation.
  • Bill Payments: A convenience fee may be charged per bill payment, as displayed at checkout.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal fees, if any, are communicated at the time of withdrawal request.
  • GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged on all platform fees as per prevailing tax laws.
  • No Hidden Charges: All applicable fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. We do not levy any charges not disclosed at the time of transaction.

We reserve the right to revise our fee structure with 7 days' prior notice communicated via email or in-app notification.

9 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Failed Transactions: If money is debited from your wallet or payment method but the transaction does not complete, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5-7 business days.
  • Successful Payments: Completed bill payments are generally non-refundable as they are processed directly with the biller through the BBPS network.
  • Duplicate Transactions: Duplicate payments are eligible for a full refund upon verification. Contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Wallet Balance: Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn to your linked bank account subject to KYC compliance and applicable limits.
  • Complaint Resolution: BBPS transaction disputes must be raised via the complaint tracking system within 30 days. Resolution timelines are as per NPCI's grievance redressal guidelines.

To initiate a refund or dispute, contact our support team with your transaction ID and registered email address.

10 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other illegal financial activities.
  • Processing payments for illegal goods or services under Indian law.
  • Providing false or misleading information during KYC or registration.
  • Circumventing transaction limits or conducting structuring transactions.
  • Unauthorized access to or interference with our platform's security systems.
  • Using the platform on behalf of another person without proper authorization.
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian laws, NPCI guidelines, or RBI regulations.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to law enforcement, and potential legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mythri DigiTech shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Losses arising from biller system downtime, NPCI network outages, or payment gateway failures beyond our control.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence in protecting your credentials.
  • Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banks or payment networks.
  • Loss of data due to unforeseen technical failures, subject to our data protection obligations.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the transaction amount involved in the specific dispute.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Mythri DigiTech platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including:

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Non-compliance with KYC requirements.
  • Prolonged account inactivity.

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance (if compliant) will be refunded to your registered bank account after deducting applicable charges, subject to regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure is subject to settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with withdrawal policies.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Reserve Bank of India guidelines for prepaid payment instruments.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through our internal grievance redressal mechanism. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings to be held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

You may also escalate unresolved payment complaints to the RBI's Banking Ombudsman.
